The Pavilion
The Pavilion is located behind the Village Hall on 103 Thorncrest Avenue. There is an adjacent playground making this a place to have an event that has children in attendance.
Rental Fee: $50.00/day
Deposit: $25.00/refundable
The Community Center
The Creve Coeur Community Center is a great place to hold medium sized gatherings. There is a kitchen on site as well as an outdoor pavilion and a quaint play area.
Rental Fee: $150.00/ first 4 hours - $25.00/ each additional hour
Deposit: $75.00/ refundable
